For those families that are members of the PTA or who purchased a copy of the WAM Book (Student Directory), you should be receiving this week via e-mail an Addendum/Errata page for this year's WAM Book.  If you do not receive the e-mail, please contact me at directory@waplesmillpta.org and I will be happy to forward a copy to you.

By now you should have received a copy of this year's WAM Book (Student Directory) if you joined the PTA or purchased a copy.  

We will be circulating an errata and omissions addendum to the WAM book this year.  

If you provided contact information for the WAM book, please review it, and, if an error has been made, please send the correct information to the following email: directory@waplesmillpta.org.   

If you are a new family to Waples Mill and would like your information to be included, please complete the form available for download below and submit to directory@waplesmillpta.org.  Alternatively send completed hard copy document into school marked for my attention, "Harriet Church, WAM Book 2011-2012."  

The ABSOLUTE DEADLINE to submit corrections is this Friday, October 28th.
